Factory second Fryer - 6 litres

The electrical fryer BCEF 2.5E allows you to prepare small or large servings of french fries in only a few minutes. The machine is powered by 1800 watts and quickly reaches its operating temperature. Half a kilo of french fries are ready in only 7 minutes, 750 g are crisp and ready to enjoy in 10 minutes. Nobody has to wait to enjoy their delicious french fries.

The Bredeco-fryer has a detachable lid, a removable basin and a separate frying basket, which makes it easier to clean and maintain. All component parts are dishwasher-safe.

Fresh fish, onion rings or deep-frozen french fries - these are only a few of the dishes that you can prepare with the fryer. It has the perfect temperature range of 130 to 190 °C for any food. Additionally: On the front of the machine there are drawings of the symbols of food items and their appropriate temperature.

The required temperature can be quickly and precisely adjusted with a variable rotary knob. The fries will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. As soon as the temperature has been reached, it is kept on a consistent level with the thermostat. A control light appears when the frying fat is being heated.

The fryer has a capacity for up to 2.5 litres of oil or fat and can handle large portions of food. The fat is heated in a basin with a total capacity of 6 litres. This is the best ratio for optimal results. There are markings inside the basin to measure the amount of oil and indicate the minimum and maximum amount of oil.

The lid has an odour filter which keeps any odours inside the device. There is a viewing panel (160 x 70 mm) which allows you to get a look inside without needing to lift the cover. There is a safety mechanism in the lid which securely locks the cover so that it cannot become loose. It can be easily opened at the touch of a button.

The oil basin is coated with non-stick Teflon on the inside, which enhances the frying and makes it easier to clean. The frying basket has a handle with a practical folding mechanism. When the handle is folded in the casing, the frying basket is sunk completely inside the basin. When the handle is folded out, the basket can be lifted out again.

The handle of the basket has a similar safety mechanism as the lid which ensures a completely safe operation of the fryer. Neither the handle, nor the casing of the fryer BCEF 2.5E can be heated, which keeps the user safe from burnings. The cooling system is integrated into the bottom of the device and prevents overheating.

The electrical fryer has a modern and compact design and can be easily transported thanks to the handles on its sides. More extras: Four rubber knobs ensure a sturdy footing of the machine.
