Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, yes you can if the order hasn’t already been shipped. So contact us either by phone or form so that we can assist you. BUT be quick because we ship fast.

Can I pay without VAT?

Yes, yes you can if you are outside of ze Germany.

So contact us and we will create a NET invoice manually for you.

Where can I find your banking details?

You can find our banking details via the order confirmation email.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How DO you pack and ship my order?

All items are stocked and ready to be shipped from our warehouse.

Each item is packed specifically for its travel needs.

But if you want to see how your item is packed let us know, we can send photos.

Where DO you deliver?

It is only possible to ship to the Great Britain via the expondo.co.uk shop.

BUT… but we DO deliver to many more countries via their designated expondo shop.

So contact us if you want to know more!

Where there is a wish, we will make a delivery!

DO you have an express delivery service?

Nope.

Can I pick up the goods myself?

Nope.

How much DOes shipping cost?

Nothing. Zero. Nada. Zilch. Nil. 0. It’s free for YOU!

DO you deliver to post-boxes and packet stations?

Nope.

When can I expect delivery?

We ship upon receiving payment unless payment is received on a weekend.

Then we ship on Monday.

But delivery can be expected within 6-10 business days.

 

RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

I DO want to complain!

Then you should be prepared for a solution within 24 hours.

But contact us and let us know either by telephone or by the contact form.

How DOes the 30-days free return service work?

You have 30 days upon receiving your order to decide whether our product is right for you.

But you will just need a minute to realise that it is perfect.

But should you want to return the item (crazier things DO happen) this can be DOne either by contacting us or YOU can DIY via the invoicing email return service quick link.

DO you have a showroom?

Nope.

BUT this is how and why we can keep our prices so low because we have no extra costs.

PLUS you will have 30 days to check out your purchase from the comfort of your very own delivery address.

DO you sell equipment that is not available in your online shop?

We store and use the data for the purpose of processing the order. Once the order has been processed in full or your customer account has been deleted, your data will be blocked.

Will my data be passed on to third parties?

We DO like to party BUT no, your data will remain confidential and will not be passed on, sold, or used for advertising purposes.
