The leak tester cylinder head indicates whether there is carbon dioxide (CO2) in the cooling water. For this purpose, the leak tester uses a test liquid (not included in delivery) that turns yellow when there is CO2 in the cooling water. One reason may be that the cylinder head is leaking.
