The professional edge bander’s 2-stage adjustable feed (up to 7 m/min) delivers top results without material misalignment. The edge banding machine bonds edges 0.3 - 3 mm thick and 10 - 60 mm high on both sides. It also features clever additional functions, including pressing, capping, fine cutting, dust removal and polishing.

Fast results with the MSW edge banding machine

You can ensure optimum gluing of different materials by adjusting the temperature of the edge bander's 5 heating elements. Simply select a temperature between 120 and 200°C based on the material you're working with. This prevents damage to the edging tape from overheating or poor adhesion due to low temperatures. The integrated display gives you full control. This allows you to process a variety of edge materials such as wood, veneer, PVC, ABS, or melamine, along with different adhesives, always under optimal conditions.
