Versatile and powerful: The electric wire rope hoist for loads up to 800 kg
The electric wire rope hoist trolley from MSW is perfect for large warehouses or enclosed indoor areas, and can also be used outdoors. With the 13 m/min trolley, you can move heavy loads fast – even along curved paths – provided the curve radius is at least 1 m. The electric cable hoist uses a 12 m durable steel rope with a traction capacity of 400 kg. The CK45 cable is twist-proof, wear-resistant and therefore extremely durable. With the pulley, the traction increases to 800 kg. The lifting height is then 6 m, and the lifting speed is halved from 8 m/min to 4 m/min.
Safety first: Your electric hoist with beam trolley, overload protection, and safety lock
Cargo is always securely held in place with the electric wire hoist. There is a safety lock on the charging hook for this purpose. Overload protection ensures the trolley works reliably for extended periods and keeps the 1300 W motor from overheating. The electromagnetic braking system ensures smooth operation. Easy access to the load from all sides is made possible by the 360° swivelling deflection hook. You control the hoist via a 2.4 m long cable remote. Attach the MSW trolley to a steel beam with a width of 68 - 94 mm and a minimum height of 110 mm. Suitable steel profiles include wide flange beams, I-beams, or double T-beams.

The engine of the electrical winch has a S3 20% 10 minutes system. One cycle takes 10 minutes. The device runs for two minutes and rests for eight minutes. It does not work in continuous operation.
