Factory second Hot Stapler - 100W

The hot stapler melts heated metal staples into plastic materials. When the material cools off, a durable, elastic fusion of the materials has occurred. This easy and quick solution often makes the use of expensive spare parts unnecessary and thereby saves resources, costs and the environment. The hot stapler is able to staple damaged areas even through coats of lacquer. If necessary, protruding parts can be sanded off, filled and sealed with a fresh coat of lacquer.

The hot stapler is operated via a digital display with an intuitively designed touch panel. The temperature (20-620°C) can be seamlessly adjusted at four different efficiency levels. An LED-display provides information at all times. There are different settings for soft, medium and hard plastic materials. The hot stapler is protected against overheating.

There are staples in many different sizes and forms available for the hot stapler. Depending on the texture and size of the afflicted area, there are undulated staples and staples with inner or outer ridges available.

The handy hot stapler (which weighs only 6kg) has a practical carrying handle and non-slip rubber bumpers for a secure footing. Included in the delivery is a sturdy carrying case made from plastic. This makes the hot stapler easy to transport and perfect for mobile operation. Also included are an instruction manual and a starter kit with 4x100 staples in different sizes and forms.
