Heavy Duty Battery Charger - 12/24 V - 8/12 A - Diagonal Control Panel

A reliable charging capacity and easy operation are the excellent properties of the heavy-duty battery charger S-CHARGER-20A.2. It charges lead-acid batteries with a capacity of 12 - 200 Ah quickly and in an energy-saving manner, even when they are completely empty. This charger is used in workshops, in the commercial sector, in agriculture as well as for private users. The regular recharging of the car battery inside the vehicle significantly extends its service life.

The handling of the charging power is user-friendly via a switch in just two stages: MIN for normally discharged batteries, MAX for deeply discharged batteries at the lower limit. Depending on whether the battery is only weakened by many short trips or is almost discharged by power-hungry extras such as heated windows or seats, you are prepared for every charging situation with the MIN or MAX levels. Before charging, always check that your battery meets the recommended battery capacity.

With a charging current of up to 12 A, this battery charger brings batteries for cars, vans, trucks, RVs and tractors back to full functionality quickly and reliably. In view of its performance, the battery charger is extremely moderate in terms of energy consumption with a maximum of 0.5 kW. The car battery can be charged directly in the vehicle - it does not need to be removed from the car.

Depending on the battery type, you can switch between the two charging voltages 12 V and 24 V. The handy toggle switch allows you to select the voltage you need.

All you need is a plug for the power cable, which - same as the charging cable - is permanently installed inside the casing. The cables are always attached to the device and cannot be misplaced or lost in the hectic everyday life.

The charger has ventilation slots which, despite the high charging power of 12 A, protects against overheating even after several hours of use. The built-in fuse protects against short circuits or dangerous sparks.

The analogue display, clearly visible during the charging, keeps you informed about the charging current until the battery has been recharged. The carrying handle, compact dimensions and a total weight of only 4.5 kg means that the battery charger is mobile and requires only a minimum of space.
