There are many reasons to saw holes. But rarely do you need the same diameter. Whether narrow cable bushings, medium-sized drain pipes or large holes for switches, the hole saw set offers you a total of six hole sizes that you can use for your work. The hole saws with diameters of 22, 29, 35, 44, 51 and 68 mm are made of durable Bi-metal M42 with 8% Co. The material withstands even the highest loads. Even heat, which typically occurs during drilling, cannot harm the metal alloy. This means that the bi-metal hole cutter effortlessly cuts even stainless steel, steel, wood with nails, hardwood or even plastic. This wide range of different materials means that the metal hole saw set can be used effectively for a wide variety of applications.

The design of the milling teeth has been optimally developed for drilling in which the drilling chips need to be removed immediately during drilling. The variable toothing with 4 to 6 teeth per inch also ensures low-vibration drilling that produces a uniform cutting edge.

For the hole saws you need a suitable holder, of which two are included in the set. The hole saw adapters can be effortlessly and firmly connected to the hole saws in the corresponding size. Together with the adapter, the hole saw can be fixed in the chuck of the drill. For this, the chuck should measure 13 mm. You can use manual drills as well as drill presses.

The hole saw adapter is equipped with a centring drill which enables precise positioning of the hole saw. In addition, it provides a smooth drilling action that ensures a straight cut edge.
