Orbital Sander Set with Hot Air Gun for Woodworking

When renovating wooden door frames or wooden furniture, there is often paint residue or debris that has accumulated over the years and that needs to be removed before the wood can shine in new splendour. The first layer, such as paint, varnish or glue, is effectively removed with the hot air gun. Then, the orbital sander smooths the surface. With this powerful duo, you can effortlessly bring wooden frames and furniture back to a perfect condition. All you need to decide now is - waxing or painting, which looks better?

The hot air gun is powered by up to 2000 watts and has three different hot air flow stages, adapting itself to different kinds of work. At the highest, third level, paint and varnish on windows and wooden furniture can be removed. Temperatures of up to 600 ° C are uniformly distributed with an air flow of 500 l / min.

The second stage has a temperature range between 80 and 600°C, that can be seamlessly adjusted, and an airflow of 350l/min. This stage is used for shrinking PVC or bending plastic materials. The first stage has a temperature of 80°C and an airflow of 350l/min. The low temperature allows you to accelerate small tasks like drying glue or construction joints.

The hot air gun has an extensive range of accessories which allow for a versatile usage of the device. Two glass protection nozzles prevent an over-heating of glass panes while removing paint or lacquer from window frames. Larger paint surfaces can be evenly removed with the fishtail nozzle. The reduction nozzle enables you to precisely weld plastic materials, de-solder electrical components from circuit boards or heat up metal.

For removing the heated materials, there is a set of spatulas and three scrapers that can easily deal with a variety of surfaces. The blades can be easily exchanged. Their flat, oval and convex shapes enable you to remove paint, lacquer or foil from hard-to-reach spots. The accessories and the device are packed into a case.

The large square sanding surface of 187 x 90 mm allows for a fail-safe and efficient sanding of large surfaces in minimal time. At the same time, the shape of the sanding surface makes it perfectly suitable for sanding in corners and around edges and smooth out rough surfaces.

The hand sander is powered by 135 watts and efficiently polishes wooden surfaces with up to 12,000 rotations per minute. You determine yourself if you set the device on continuous operation (using the locking knob) or if you prefer to manually turn it off and on to work on the smaller details.

The MSW-SAN135 has many practical functions, for example it has a special lever for exchanging and fastening the sandpaper. There is also a vacuum adapter which allows you to vacuum any dust as soon and keep your working space clean at all times.

The comfortable handle ensures a stable operation for both the device and the user. An additional front handle means that the sander can be operated with both hands. The compact design and light weight of 1.2 kg ensure an easy operation for any sanding works.
