Three 100 mm deep 1/2 GN containers with lids simultaneously warm up different components of a meal, for example meat, potatoes and sauce. This kind of heating container is perfectly suited for the needs of an upscale gastronomy and for usage at restaurants, hotels, canteens, snack bars or food stores.

The professional device has an automated thermostat which enables an efficient temperature regulation between 0 to 85°C. Dishes can be heated up to a max. 80 °C. The temperature is indicated on a digital display. The 1300 watts heating element warms up the water in a high-quality water basin and keeps the dishes warm inside the Gastronorm containers. If the water temperature rises or falls, the temperature automatically adjusts. The bain-marie has a drain tap which alleviates the filling, emptying and cleaning of the containers.
