The actual pasta production is done with the cutting attachment of the noodle machine. Depending on whether you want to serve house made tagliolini (1.5 mm), tagliatelle or fettuccine (6.6 mm), turn the already rolled-out dough through the corresponding cutting knives with the electric drive.
