Stainless steel frying pans are especially suited for searing and for foods that need to be deglazed. It is important to make sure that the entire bottom of the pan is covered with oil and that it is hot before frying food.

Although the pan would probably not be seriously damaged by the dishwasher, we recommend washing it by hand.

The pan can be used without problems on gas and electric stoves, glass or ceramic surfaces, or on induction stovetops. Like all cookware from Royal Catering, it has a very smooth bottom surface to prevent any damage to kitchen equipment, but as with all pots or dishes, please be gentle when moving the skillet.
