Mini oven

The stove is made of good quality, easy and pleasant to use. The touchpad is nice and easy to use, responds to light touches, and has programs that make it easier to use. The water tank is small, but it is enough for long cooking and many times. It works quietly on signals, collects water at the bottom and is enough for two tanks. The mini convection oven may be weak, but it does its job very well. I recommend it, the price is good and the product is good too

5 months of operation, 3.5 months of repair

I bought the steam oven from Expondo GmbH last year, which seemed to be of high quality and wasn't exactly cheap either. I have to say one thing: as long as the oven works, it's a great thing - unfortunately the joy didn't last long: after just 5 months the device gave up (short circuit). So I applied for a repair, the device was picked up, repaired and within 3 weeks I had it back. The bad surprise came when unpacking: when I removed the last layers of bubble wrap, the glass insert of the oven door was in front of me in thousands of tiny shards of glass! Apparently the device fell on the floor, whether during transport or in the repair department, I don't know. I found out that it wasn't me but the sender (Expondo) who had to report the damage to the parcel service provider. However, Expondo had no interest in this. At first there were some creative and nonsensical suggestions: they would send me a new door, which I could then install myself (Hello??? The tiny shards of glass had even penetrated through the slots into the interior of the device!) or could I use the bulky one ( (also very heavy at 18 kg) bring the device to a parcel shop. I refused both, but in the end the device was picked up for further repair (No. 2). This time it took quite a long time. When asked, they said that the repair department didn't know what to do (Hello?? I had already sent a comprehensive description of the damage by email, and my printout of the description of the damage including printed photos was also included in the package!). Things got even more bizarre two weeks later: the device had now been repaired, but the process could not be found in the system. It took a few more emails for the device to finally come back from repair #2. Yes, the glass door had been replaced, BUT: The device came – for the second time! – in a much worse condition than before the repair: The first thing we noticed was that the water collecting tray had a long crack and a corner was broken off. In addition, it no longer closed properly because the steam outlet nozzle - which was probably installed incorrectly - was in the way. Now the broken water collecting tray was hanging down on the left. Furthermore, all four feet were mounted so crookedly and crookedly that the entire device tipped (the front feet almost no longer touched the floor). The (previously completely intact) base plate had been replaced by an old and completely dented base plate (three clear and large dents). All in all: instead of repairs, property damage! This whole scenario has already been dragging on for 3 months (!). After these two unsuccessful repairs (if one could even speak of repairs in the last case!) I demanded a refund of the purchase price. Again, they initially told me that I should send the device in myself, that they would check it in the repair department and then send me a cost estimate (Hello??? For damage, which this time was perfectly caused by the Expondo technicians???). It took a few more energetic emails before the device was finally picked up (for the third time!). Then there were endless email “discussions” with the various (constantly changing) clerks until (after 3.5 months without an oven!) I was finally refunded the purchase price - but after deducting the small bonus that I had received for all the trouble had received. CONCLUSION: I'm glad that I at least have my money back and no longer have to use Expondo's "repair" service... Son strident

I recently ordered the combined steam oven. The oven is very good but I have a big problem with this oven which produces a shrill sound constantly during the setting. I called after-sales service to report this inconvenience and they asked me to send them a video, which I have just done. I'm waiting for an answer. FYI, when I adjust the temperature or time, the shrill beep is continuous. I don't know if this continuous shrill ringing sound is normal when I set the temperature and time and if it is possible to lower it or neutralize it. I look after a child from time to time and this "ring" wakes him up from his nap. Plus, I have a little dog who has panic attacks when he hears this sound. Which I understand because it is borderline bearable for me. Really a shame for the 2 stars because if there wasn't this ringing problem during the adjustment, I would have happily given it 5 stars.
