Allow our S-MULTI 416 combined welder from Stamos Power to be your high-quality, professional tool in any repair or maintainance work you need to take care of. Incredibly versatile, this welder can offer you not only TIG and MMA welding, but plasma cutting as well. Its compact design, robust case and built-in handle make the S-MULTI-416 the ideal tool for any workshop or construction site.

This welder can efficiently handle metals such as stainless steel, steel and their alloys (cast iron, copper and nickel). TIG welding can be used for metal pieces as thin as 0,5 mm, while the MMA process can only be used for 1,5 mm thick metals and higher.

Thanks to the remarkably clear digital user interface you can easily set the welding parameters to suit your needs. Effortlessly adjust the welding current to up to 150 A for TIG and MMA welding or up to 40 A for plasma cutting by means of the rotary knob. All of these details can be controlled via the large LED display in no time. When using the plasma cutting method, air pressure can simply be regulated with the second rotary knob, also easy to control thanks to the built-in compressed-air indicator. Additionally, you can turn the TIG/MMA/Plasma welding methods on and off, select the 2-cycle or 4-cycle operation and switch the VRD function on or off, all thanks to the conveniently arranged function buttons.

The VDR function ensures your safety when using the MMA method, especially when welding in humid environments. It does so by reducing the open-circuit-voltage before welding to a value that is safe for the user. Accordingly, the voltage is only increased to the required value right before the welding process starts.

MMA welding does not require any additional gas, allowing you to weld outdoors even when there are strong winds. With this welding method, the welder generates a very stable current, all the while securely maintaining the voltage. Consequently, obtaining high quality welds out of all sorts of different metals is guaranteed.

TIG welding is extremely flexible, allowing you to employ it from whichever position you find most comfortable, be it horizontally or even overhead. The low heated area causes next to no distortions, thus allowing you to obtain clean welds with little weld spatter or need for extra work. As a result, you can use this welding function either with or without filler material, depending on the metal.

When it comes to plasma cutting, you can easily cut various metals from steel to copper, or even to aluminium. You can also cut joints into metals without any problem. What is more, the plasma function quickly delivers smooth cutting edges without any metal warping, saving you the effort of having to rework them.

This welder is cooled by means of a built-in fan, which guarantees the efficient function of the device. As a result, any emerging heat is quickly and effectively cast away. Furthermore, the thermal overload protection also ensures your safety.
