The electrode welder with modern IGBT inverter-technology S-MMA-250PI.2 by Stamos Germany is an especially high-powered MMA-welder with up to 250 A. Its power and its 8m cable makes this the perfect device for welding inside a workshop or factory, as well as for reparation or maintenance work outdoors.

At the duty cycle of 60% the welder is powered by up to 250 A. The power can be regulated down to 194 A and at 200 A you can weld without pauses. The high performance values allow for the welding of metals up to 10 mm thick.

The welder has an E-Hand and earth cable of 8 m each (worth about 50 €) which is four times as long as the customary welding cable. The special length of the cables guarantees maximum flexibility. The welder can be used and will work at great precision, even in adverse circumstances, for example with strong winds. You do not need any protective gas.

The welding current can be seamlessly adjusted between 20 - 250 A with the practical regulator. Thanks to the large LED Display you have complete control over the welding, as all the parameters are visibly displayed.

The E-Hand clamp holds even large electrodes with a diameter of up to 5 mm. The E-Hand or MMA device welds materials like steel, iron, cast iron, nickel or copper from 1.5 - 10 mm thickness. Installation and maintenance of rails, stairs, gates and doors, containers or objects made from metal can be finished in a professional way.

The Hot-Start-function of the electrode welder procures an automatic and short-term increase of the welding current. Thanks to this “Hot Start”, the starting point is immediately heated to the optimal temperature and the electrodes do not clog. You get perfect welding results from the first.
