The equipment is simpler than at the gym (especially the computer), but it fulfills its functions and you can do quite a nice workout. It does not take up much space, is foldable, easy to move and store. Despite its size, it does not restrict movement.
Absolutely perfect for those who only want to clean up a rotten old body👍:) could follow with a manual, but easy to assemble.
I bought a rower for my home to save time going to the gym. The equipment is simpler than that from the gym, but it can be tiring. Magnetic wheel, so it is not as loud as air resistance versions. At first I was worried that it would slide on the panels, but it is stable. The computer could be more advanced.
