The versatile salamander broiler for broiling, gratinating, caramelising, and keeping food warm
The 2,500 W heating element quickly reaches the desired temperature, so your guests don't have to wait long for hot snacks from the salamander grill. You can adjust the temperature between 50 - 300 °C with a control dial. Once the temperature is reached, the thermostat keeps it precisely constant during the grilling process. Thanks to the integrated timer with acoustic signal, your dishes will always be ready at the right time in a time span of 0 - 30 min.
Depending on the food to be grilled, the rack can be placed on four levels of varying heights with a spacing of 2 cm in the salamander broiler. This allows you to use both tall and shallow heat-resistant casserole dishes to achieve optimal browning results.
The salamander oven is made of high-quality Stainless steel and is therefore very durable and easy to clean. The chrome-plated grillage measuring 35 x 43 cm is equally low maintenance. A collection tray can be used to effortlessly remove crumbs and other grill residues.

How quickly does the salamander grill heat up to the operating temperature?
At an ambient temperature of approx. 25 °C, the salamander broiler reached approx. 40 °C on the middle rail after 15 seconds, and approx. 100 °C after one minute.
How do I clean the salamander broiler?
Food residues that fall through the grate during use collect in the practical drip tray where they can then be removed collectively. The salamander broiler is also made of easy-to-clean stainless steel.
