The two 19.5 cm handles have a soft coating and, along with the 23 x 18 cm stomach pad, guarantees optimal comfort during your workout. The padding is also individually height-adjustable. As the arms swing along with the elliptical trainer, the muscles of the upper body are also worked and trained. The fluid movements are extremely gentle and do not put any strain on the joints.
The two non-slip treads with low step-in each measure 35.5 x 12.8 cm and are therefore also suitable for large athletes weighing up to 120 kg. The device is very good and solid, I did not give it a 5 due to the lack of proper instructions. We have been about to return it because nowhere does it say how to fold it and it is really difficult to figure out. And yes, it is very foldable. When it arrives, it looks good, it gives the impression that the screws are missing but when you separate them and organize them with the threads, it has everything you need. I recommend it because of the good device.

Really good trainer for those who can't handle hard training. In my opinion it should be called a "walker" because it is almost a walking machine. I'm really happy with it!

So far no problem, it squeaks from time to time but otherwise it's not disturbing. I do it for around thirty minutes, it's more comfortable than a classic elliptical bike. I hope there will be no wear or other problems with use.
