Do you produce creams, medical ointments or foods such as oils or honey that you want to offer bottled? Then you need a labelling machine that can label the bottles or containers. The semi-automatic labelling machine is an easy-to-use piece of production equipment from our industrial equipment collection with which the prepared labels are applied to the bottles in no time at all.
The reliable bottle labelling machine from MSW
Whether you want to put a special name, an appealing design, or a factual list of ingredients on the bottle, a label is always the best way to indicate the contents of the container. For the label applicator, the labels should not be wider than 165 mm and longer than 260 mm in order to be able to stick them onto bottles with a diameter of 15 to 100 mm.
The label roll that you place in the semi-automatic bottle labeller should have an inner diameter of 70 mm and not exceed an outer diameter of 200 mm. With the hand crank, you can stick up to 40 labels per minute on the bottles to clearly identify them. The minor deviation of ±1 mm during gluing is convincing and ensures that your products are uniformly marked.
The robust semi-automatic bottle labeller is made of smooth steel can handle even large quantities without trouble. For stability, the machine can be mounted on a worktop using the punching mounting holes. This minimises vibrations while using the labelling machine and improves the accuracy and reliability of the production process.
