The pulley PROLIFTOR 800 by MSW is ideal for transporting and lifting heavy loads in warehouses and workshops. With its 12 m steel cable, it has a pulling force of 400 kg, which can be increased to 800 kg by inserting the supplied pulley. The pulley PROLIFTOR 800 has been specially designed for indoor use and can be attached to a wall, a scaffold pole or a swivel arm.
The pulley has a 1,300-watt engine that can transport heavy loads of up to 400 kg at a height of up to 12 m. The electric pulley can be used in the workshop or the warehouse. With a lifting speed of 8 m / min, you are always ahead. The solid CK45 steel cable, which is not susceptible to torsion, is wear-resistant and extremely durable.
When inserting the pulley, the lifting height is reduced by half to 6 m and the lifting speed goes up to 4 m. At the same time, the load on the pulley increases to 800 kg, allowing the lifting and transportation of large loads. The snatch block has twice the tensile force when using the pulley.
An automatic braking function guarantees a safe operation of the electronic winch. The overload protection prevents the capacity limits from being exceeded when lifting and lowering a load. Both functions contribute to the longevity of the pulley.
The pulley is controlled via a button on the wired remote control. It has a strain relief for the remote control’s cable and provides additional safety during operation. It protects the cable and increases its service life.
The powder-coated casing is extremely durable and reduces signs of wear such as scratches, chipping and corrosion. The device has been awarded the IP54 protection class. The electric cable is protected against the ingress of dirt or water. The pulley adheres to the insulation class B and has a maximum operating temperature of up to 130 degrees.
