The powerful dehydrator from Royal Catering enables the quick and consistent production of healthy, dried delicacies. With an output of 800 W, the heating element quickly reaches the desired temperature between 20 and 90 °C. Set the timer between 30 min to 24 hours and leave the rest to the dehydrator. For best results, refer to the front panel guide with temperatures and times for different ingredients. You adjust all settings easily and intuitively using the dials on the top of the device.
Spacious dehydrator for beef jerky or dried vegetable slices
In the spacious drying chamber, the 12 removable stainless steel trays provide ample space for drying large quantities of food. Silicone mats keep the drying products from clinging to the trays. A fan distributes the heat evenly inside the drying chamber. This makes the dehydrator ideal for reviving food.
