This means that food stay fresh longer and is protected from dust and dirt. Whether in restaurants, hotels or catering – the compact device with a stainless steel casing can be used for all businesses in which ingredients have to be securely shrink-wrapped, neatly stored or prepared for sous-vide cooking.

Space-saving vacuum packing machine for many applications

The airtight sealing protects your food from drying out and freezing burn. You can extend the shelf-life of the goods many times over while maintaining the same quality. Flavours and juices remain tightly sealed in the bag. This means that various ingredients can be prepared in the vacuum sealer for sous vide cooking.
The chamber of the vacuum machine offers space for bags with a width of up to 26 cm. With narrower packaging, you can seal several bags at the same time. After inserting the filled plastic bag, the device removes the oxygen from the entire chamber at the push of a button and closes the bags securely with a 5 mm-wide weld seam. With its double pump and an output of 1,100 W, the device works with a pressure of 0.9 bar. The compact chamber vacuum sealer is operated via a 230 V connection and achieves a flow rate of 16 L/min. Operation is easy and intuitive due to the touchpad with LED display.
