The first impression is positive. The steel of the vat is higher quality than its Chinese equivalents, and I've tested them all. It distills a true 4 liters. Now we just have to wait and see how long it lasts before either the heating element or the circuit board that controls the machine fails. If it lasts two years, that's something to celebrate. Until then, we'll have to wait.

Very useful device; we bought the second one so that we can have clean drinking water in our summer house. The amount of water - filled and ready distilled - is a little more than 3 L. The online store is fast, correct - we are completely satisfied.
