The powerful machine shreds a wide variety of materials into grain sizes that you can easily process further. In this way, you get exactly the regrind you need for animal feed production or for the production of wood pellets.

With an output of 11 kW, the motor drives the 16 hammers in the mill, which reach a rotational speed of 2982 rpm. Thanks to the first-class performance values, you can achieve a production rate of 300 - 700 kg / h with the hammer mill. Note that the amount depends on the type of grain or raw material and the moisture content of the material. For best results, the humidity should not exceed 15%.

The centrifugal forces that act on the grist during crushing drive the grains against the outer sieve. The size of the holes in the sieve determines how coarse your grinder will be. Hole sizes of 4 and 6 mm are available for the hammer mill. The finished grist is specifically filled with a cyclone.
