The animal feed pellet press with PTO creates big batches of feed pellets in no time
With the pellet press from Wiesenfield, you can produce up to 400 kg of feed sticks per hour or process up to 180 kg/h of wood chips. Each piece of the raw material should be less than 6 mm in size. This way, you can produce large quantities of pellets for feeding, fertilising, or heating at a low cost. The cylindrical feed pellets contain only the ingredients that correspond to your recipe.
The industrial-grade pellet machine from Wiesenfield
The inserted material is pressed at high pressure through a 230 mm diameter die. The application of pressure and temperatures of 60 - 80 °C generates 6 mm diameter pellets. Heat increases the longevity of the pellets. Thanks to the practical discharge chute made of galvanised sheet steel, you can fill the finished pellets directly into bags or other containers.
The efficient pellet press with user-friendly design
The pellet press is driven by a PTO shaft via the auxiliary drive of a tractor or other utility vehicle with a power rating of 15 to 28 HP. A protective grid (37 x 37 mm mesh) in the hopper prevents foreign objects or hands from entering the press. The durable pellet machine, crafted from solid cast iron, will serve you faithfully for years to come: A must-have for any agricultural business!
Note: Make sure to include the pellet binder in your order (Product number: 10530000). The wheat starch powder makes pressing and storing your pellets easier.
Note on wearing parts: You can use the built-in dies and rollers for pellet presses for up to 300 hours. If they are worn, replace them promptly. Wear parts are excluded from the statutory warranty and the extended warranty. You can find corresponding spare parts in the expondo online shop.
