Saddle Locker - 60 x 60 x 150 cm - steel (galvanised)

For the money I don't think the quality of this item is great. There were some panels that had been slightly bent in transit meaning we had to use pliers to straighten. The door doesn't sit flush with the sides and I struggle to fit the two saddles in as the racks are too close together.

The saddle cabinet is actually not bad, but several parts were delivered bent and distorted. We had a lot of work getting the parts back together so that they fit somewhat. I'm not very happy with that...

I have reported it on your portal but have not received a response and there is no customer service that you can contact. Basically, I just want a cabinet that is not damaged as soon as possible. It is very annoying that you cannot contact customer service and that they write that they are busy, so it can take up to 7 days before they respond to your inquiry on the portal. The 7 days have passed and still no response.

The packaging and assembly instructions are abysmal. Once assembled, the cabinet is completely useless for its intended purpose: storing saddles. The quality leaves much to be desired. One of the saddle holders immediately bent downwards, even though my saddle is a lightweight model. A second saddle, bridles, or similar items simply won't fit. Definitely not recommended!

Hello, I bought this a while ago for Three Kings' Day, but when I started to put it together, I realized that a package was missing. I wasn't aware that there were 2 boxes. I only received the bottom and top parts and the middle, I'm missing some pieces. Please, I would like you to contact me.
