The robust pipe belt sander for powerful sanding, deburring and dry polishing
With a 900 W motor and speed in a range of 2.4 - 9.1 m/s or 700 to 3,000 rpm, this powerful pipe belt sander from MSW was developed for professional use in the metal processing industry. The pipe grinder is ideal for processing welding seams, for restoration, cleaning, satin-finishing and polishing metal pipes with a maximum diameter of 180 mm.

The grinding angle of the belt grinder of 270° enables fast and even processing of the workpieces—only two work steps are necessary for all-round grinding. The ergonomic auxiliary handle makes operating and adjusting the grinding pressure very simple; you can easily guide the sanding belt to give the surface an even finish. You can infinitely adjust the thumb wheel to get just the right speed. For ease of operation, the dial is marked with six speeds—where Stage 1 corresponds to about 2.4 m/s and Stage 6 to about 9.1 m/s.
The device is delivered as part of a complete set. In addition to two carbon brushes, delivery also includes a sanding belt. It is easy to tighten and change the 40 x 760 mm sanding belt even without tools. You can put the pipe belt grinder into operation just minutes after delivery to put the finishing touch on railings or pipes.
