Bought this machine for my party business and its been great so far. have only used it once to test out but heats up really fast and is simple to use. The cart didnt come with any instructions so took some time to assemble.

I ordered my 2nd Commercial Candy Floss Machine - 52 cm - 1,200 W and the first delivery date was the same issue. With the 2nd placed an order on 01/12/2022 and a track and trace were sent by email. Gls info service update the first delivery to a warehouse and after that, it was not updated or any point of contact until 29/12/2022. on the Website free delivery to the UK 6-10 working days. Need to order a spinner head but not sure as there is no quick service or communication.

The wheels of the cart are really not practical (wheels that come loose on their own or get stuck, and regarding the spokes of the wheels you can screw them back on each time you go out). I have never been on your products but I am on this one.
