Designed for professional kitchens: Electric stove with 2 hobs, each with 3 heat settings
The electric stove is equipped with 2 cast-iron plates, each delivering 2600 W of power and measuring 23 cm in diameter. Each plate safely supports up to 10 kg of weight. You can control the temperature up to 450°C in three stages using large control knobs on the front of the unit. If the electric stove overheats, it will automatically shut off, improving operational safety.
