The illuminated gas chicken grill with rotisserie from Royal Catering features an energy-saving infrared ceramic burner with a honeycomb structure that minimises gas consumption while delivering 2 x 5 kW of high-performance heat. Each of the two independently controlled 75 cm spits holds up to 5 chickens or 5 kg of meat. You can adjust the distance between burner and spit to get tender, evenly cooked results with crispy skin. A motor with metal gearbox and an integrated fan protect internal components for long-term reliability.
