The illuminated gas chicken grill with rotisserie from Royal Catering combines energy-saving ceramic burner technology with rugged construction. The honeycomb ceramic burner delivers 6 x 5 kW of power while reducing gas use. Six independently controlled spits (75 cm each) hold up to 5 chickens or 5 kg of meat per skewer. The burner-to-skewer distance is adjustable, helping you achieve juicy meat and crispy skin every time. A robust motor with metal gearbox and integrated fan protects critical components. Two drawers give you handy storage for utensils and tools.

This catering rotisserie ensures safe operation with a gas valve and thermocouple that shut off the flow if the flame is extinguished. Thick stainless steel and removable tempered glass doors make the grill durable, hygienic, and easy to clean. It comes pre-configured for I3B/P(50) gas and includes four injector sets so you can switch to LPG or natural gas as needed. Four heavy-duty 3" castors keep the unit mobile and stable, with brakes for extra safety wherever you position it.
