The soft ice cream machine has two containers, each with a capacity of 5.5 l, and enables two flavours as well as mixed dispensing and therefore a wide range of desserts. The pre-cooling function cools the ingredients quickly and keeps them reliably fresh at an adjustable temperature range of 1 to 15 °C - even at high ambient temperatures or during overnight storage.
