Paint measuring device with numerous settings

It doesn't get much more comprehensive than this: in addition to adjustable display brightness and alarm volume, the paint measuring device offers many functions: automatically rotating display and switch-off, analysis software with various displays of the measured values, different modes as well as the battery warning display. You can conveniently transfer the measured values to your computer via Bluetooth. Thanks to a special app, you can keep track of the data.

The paint tester has an integrated, highly sensitive probe. This measures accurately to ±3 % + 1 μm. Before measuring, adjust the device quickly and easily using zero point or multi-point calibration. In the best case, use an uncoated sample of the substrate you want to measure. Alternatively, a smooth zero plate is also suitable.

With the paint thickness gauge you can check the thickness of non-magnetic coatings on various surfaces, for example on stainless steel, iron, aluminium or copper. The unit uses eddy current testing for this purpose. This enables you to perform non-destructive measurement with a high measuring range of 0 - 2000 μm. You can easily read the results on the clear LCD.
