Product Description

Moisture meter with ball probe

With the moisture meter SBS-MM-250 from Steinberg Systems, you can quickly and reliably determine the moisture in building materials such as cement, screed or brick. Thanks to the electronic measuring method with high frequency and the ball probe, the surface of the material is not damaged during measurement. Thanks to the gentle measuring method, you can effectively determine the surface moisture and thus detect dangers such as mould growth more quickly. The versatile measuring device is also ideally suited for preliminary testing for a CM measurement.

Moisture meter with clear results

The moisture meter determines the moisture in materials in a range of 0 to 100 % and a measuring depth of 5 to 40 mm. This gives you a quick impression of how damp a wall, floor or wood panelling is. The measuring device convinces with an accuracy of 1 %.

You operate the moisture detector with just a few buttons. All measured values and settings are clearly visible on the LCD display with backlight. You can set a minimum and a maximum and read off the measured values conveniently with the hold function. In addition, the device offers an alarm function to draw attention to critical values.

The material moisture meter made of high-quality plastic is operated with a 9 V block battery. The automatic switch-off feature extends the operating time of the meter. A battery charge indicator lets you check at any time whether there is still enough power for your measurements.
