Works perfectly, no more lime, just a pity that there is no Dutch manual. That would be nice. Can you do something about that? Kind regards, AKooyman

We purchased this device but the user manual is unfortunately incomprehensible and the downloadable manual is the same as the one we received with the machine. Do you have another solution to make it work?

Note connection hoses are in 1inch and require adapting for instal in the uk. The manual does not explain the programme change from 30 days to capacity and the manual states hardness in mg/l but not in the programme.
The previous model has been running perfectly for over a year now. The setup and connection are well described. But the operating instructions for adjusting the settings are a disaster. The instructions alone contain two different versions that differ from the video. So take your pick. A mixture of all three will work. But that doesn't change the fact that it works great. And it's amazing that the settings are retained even in the event of a power failure. All in all, the system is great for the price.

The water softener makes an acceptable impression. However, the operating instructions and technical support are useless to operate the device correctly. A pity!

The device is only half the size of my previous model but everything seems to be ok.
The item arrived exactly as expected and everything was fine.
