With the Wiesenfield nest box, you offer your animals a safe place to lay eggs. The sturdy boxes are quickly bolted together and easy to clean – ideal for experienced chicken keepers and newcomers alike. By wall mounting the roll away nest, you can keep your poultry safe from foxes and other wild animals in 6 compartments.
Chicken eggs are safe in the nesting box
The chicken nest is designed with many details to improve your chickens' well-being and egg production. The housing has slots for efficient interior ventilation. At the same time, collection trays – which also act as the floor – feature air holes which also help remove dirt from the compartments. The plastic (PP) trays with integrated handles can be easily removed for convenient cleaning. Galvanised steel housing provides a secure and durable shelter for your poultry in any outdoor weather.
The collection trays extend slightly from the laying nest, making it easier to access. The collection trays have a slight incline at the base. This allows the laid eggs to roll towards the entrance of the roll-out nest and gather in the tray protected beneath the cover, until you open it and retrieve the eggs. With the Wiesenfield nesting box, both your chickens and your egg production are kept safe.
