The double fryer has two 16-litre containers, each of which can be filled with up to 10 litres of oil. You can fry up to 6 kg of chips at the same time. It is versatile and also suitable for professionally serving fish, vegetables or small snacks. Both frying containers can be used independently for cooking different foods at the same time
Due to the very high performance of the two removable 6,000-watt heating elements, the oil in the deep fryer quickly reaches the maximum temperature of 200 ° C. When it reaches a temperature of about 180 ° C, you can prepare large quantities of chips in just 4 to 5 minutes due to the size of the basket. This allows you to serve your guests 50 to 60 portions of fresh French fries in a short time. The highly sensitive thermostat keeps the heat of the oil basin at a constant temperature.
The frying baskets of the electric fryer RCEF-16DTH each measure 25 x 23 x 12 cm and have heat-insulating handles. The fine mesh baskets can be hung on a bracket to the edge of the basin to drain the oil. Food that falls out of the frying baskets or sinks down through cooling accumulates in the cold zone at the bottom and does not burn. The oil retains its natural taste.
The double electric fryer is made of stainless steel, which is very suitable for processing food due to its hygienic properties. The smooth surfaces are particularly easy to clean. Another advantage for cleaning is the removable heating elements, so that all surfaces of the container can be easily reached. The oil is drained easily and quickly through the tap. Oil accumulates in the cold zone during operation, and it can be removed and refilled.
When the heating elements are removed, a fuse automatically shuts off the device, protecting it from accidents. The deep fryer also has a thermal fuse, which protects against overheating. When you don’t need a container or after cleaning, the fryer can be closed with the lid and is protected from dust or other contaminants. A sturdy footing is ensured by the non-slip rubber feet.
The control panel is very clearly designed. The on switch lights up as soon as you start the device. The temperature is adjusted with a seamless control dial. The light indicates when the appliance is heating up or when the required temperature is reached. So, you always know when the oil is hot enough for frying. I had the opportunity to test this deep fryer and I have to say that it is a medal winner. What are the advantages of a cold zone with fryers?
Frying always causes debris. The cold zone prevents these residues from burning. If the fryer has a drain tap, the contaminated oil in the cold zone can be removed from the container during operation.
Is the device low-maintenance?
