I have purchased three chocolate makers of the same machine and model for our churreries and I am really happy with them since they work quite well and are easy to disassemble for cleaning and the company's service is excellent with follow-up at every step of the process. I simply recommend it.

I've been using it for about 20 days. No problem. I put the separately prepared chocolate in a pot and then use it only to keep it warm at an average temperature between 40 and 50 degrees. At higher temperatures the product tends to have a slight burnt taste. Professional use in a shop. Fast shipping and excellent communication with the supplier to obtain the foreign invoice. In summary I am satisfied.
