With the hot dog maker RCHW-350-2 by Royal Catering you are perfectly equipped for every event. In the commercial gastronomy, such as restaurants, snack bars, food stalls, petrol stations, food trucks or catering events, this device is absolutely indispensable. It not only allows you to quickly heat sausages and buns for delicious hot dogs, but also to keep them warm for hours. This hot dog maker is of course also suitable for private use.
You can heat up to 30 sausages at the same time in the spacious glass container and keep them warm for a long time. Steaming food is a very gentle cooking method, and the sausages retain their texture and shape and do not burst. The insert basket for the cylindrical glass container is equipped with two handles, which allows for an easy handling. In addition, the basket is optionally separable through an insert, if you want to use different types of sausages.
In addition to the sausages, you can use this appliance to warm two buns on the heating rods at the same time. A special aspect of this hot dog maker is that you can heat up the sausages and buns separately with a total output of 422 watts. There are two on / off switches, which have been made from insensitive material and are not hot themselves.
Made from high quality stainless steel, this hot dog maker is ideal for use in the kitchen as the material is well suited to come in contact with food. The cylinder is made from a specially tempered glass, which is much more resistant than normal glass and can withstand high temperatures. The materials used make this device extremely robust and durable. This ensures a very long service life of the device.
The high temperature range of up to 97 °C makes for a fast and efficient heating process. The temperature can be adjusted easily via a rotary control. The unit has also been equipped with an automatic thermostat, which keeps the selected temperature steady and helps you to save energy. A light indicates when the unit is heating up and when the set temperature has been reached.
The hot dog toaster is very safe and easy to use: there are handles on both sides that are heat insulated so you do not burn yourself. The lid can also be opened with a heat-insulated handle during operation and be closed again. For a secure footing, the feet are made of rubber, which also prevents scratches or other damage on the work surface.
The hot dog maker has a compact design of 34 x 52 x 40 cm and does not take up much space. With a weight of only 10 kilograms you will have no problems storing and transporting it. The device is very low-maintenance, individual parts are dishwasher-safe.
