Hot Water Dispenser - 10 litres
The RCWK 10A hot water dispenser from Royal Catering is the perfect aid for the preparation of various hot drinks. Besides the brewing of teas and coffee, the hot water dispenser can also be used for alcoholic beverages such as mulled wine or light beer. Thus, the device is particularly suitable for use in gastronomy and hotel sector as well as at Christmas markets, annual markets or other such festivities.
The water boiler is made of high quality stainless steel and has plastic handles. With the lid of the RCWK 10A can also be tightly closed. The device holds a total of 11,4 litres, the volume of the container being 10 litres.
Using the knob at the bottom of the appliance, you can switch the device on and off and set the desired temperature. The temperature range is from 55 ° C in, up to 100 ° C. Beverages can be both boiled and maintained which is facilitated with the keep warm /boil mode, which is indicated with the 2 control lights.
The water cooker provides a practical drain tap with which one can portion the prepared drinks comfortably and cleanly. Excess drops are collected in the drip tray. This is easy to remove and clean.
The RCWK 10A has a thermostat to prevent overheating. This ensures that the unit switches off independently if it becomes too hot. To restart the device, it must first cool down. It can then be switched on again after pressing the reset button on the bottom.
The water cooker is 17500 W and works with a voltage of 230 V. The 1.36 m long cable, including the EU plug, ensures that the device can be positioned freely in the room. For immediate operation, only the plug has to be plugged into a socket. With the RCWK 10A from Royal Catering, there is nothing to stop the preparation or warming of a variety of hot drinks!
