Professional cooking equipment and gentle preparation
The sleek electric rice cooker can hold a total of 13 L, corresponding to 3.2 L of uncooked rice and approx. 17 - 28 portions of cooked rice. With its sturdy, double-walled construction and an output of 2,000 W, the commercial rice cooker quickly reaches operating temperature and can cook, steam or keep warm even large quantities of food. The removable lid ensures optimum use of the heat and prevents the food from drying out.
During the cooking process, the sensor automatically identifies when the device should switch from cooking to keep-warm mode—reliably preventing the ingredients from overcooking or burning. Overall, this electric rice steamer is very easy to use, thanks to the clear and intuitive control panel.
The housing and lid of the rice maker are made of stainless steel which gives the device a professional appearance and is also robust and easy to clean. The interior of the cooking pot is made of aluminium and treated with a non-stick coating. This guarantees uniform results and fast cleaning afterwards.
Two sturdy handles make the rice cooker easy to transport in the event that it needs to be moved or used as a mobile unit. I received the rice cooker on time and in perfect condition. I think the packaging is well designed with double cardboard. I haven't had a chance to test it yet; I'll do so at a party with 85 people, so fingers crossed. Thank you anyway, so far everything is perfect.
