The pizza prep table impresses with a cooling temperature range spanning 2 to 10 °C. The temperature can be intuitively set using a digital control panel which always shows the current status of the device. The automatic thermostat is responsible for maintaining the selected parameters. The 275 W compressor ensures that the desired temperature is quickly reached and maintained. The cooling saladette also features an automatic defrost function which reduces electricity costs and work time.
