The product meets expectations and is certainly less expensive than similar products on other sites. However, order management and customer support are a disaster. There's no real way to contact me, no phone, no online chat, just an email that automatically sends me a message telling me it'll take a week to get a response due to heavy traffic (meaning the support is completely out of line with the volume of orders the company receives). If they want to check the status of your order in their personal area, forget it. I never received the shipping link, the delivery date wasn't met, and I've never received any information since placing the order. Today, after my order was delivered (surprisingly, a week ago), if I go to the website, my order is listed as invoiced but not shipped, and it tells me I'll receive the tracking link when the package ships. So, if you're happy with it, fine, but if you have any issues or problems, you'll never have access to customer support and can only hope for good luck. Tip: Pay with PayPal, so if after a while you haven't received anything, or you receive a defective product and can't get a return or compensation, you can file a complaint on PayPal and get your money back. In short, the product is good, but everything else is terrible.
