Product Description

The multiprocess welder excels when working with aluminium

The TRON AIO250 welding machine from Stamos offers a professional, powerful, and high-quality solution for a range of repair and maintenance jobs. Weld precisely with shielding gas using the welding processes TIG DC AC or with electrodes in MMA mode up to 250 A with a duty cycle of 60%. Do you want to cut metals? Then use the 50 A integrated plasma cutter. At the core of this device is state-of-the-art inverter technology, enabling a swift transition between TIG DC, TIG AC, and manual metal arc welding (MMA), reliably implementing all parameters. Switching from 2-cycle to 4-cycle mode makes welding easier and more convenient.

Total control with the digital control panel

Easily and comfortably adjust all parameters – even while wearing welding gloves – and monitor them on the LED display and clear control panel. The TIG welder allows you to weld with either direct or alternating current, depending on the metal. You can process light metals such as aluminium or titanium with alternating current (AC). Use direct current (DC) for welding robust metals such as steel, stainless steel, copper, or brass. Where needed, make use of pulse function for perfect welds. Select numerous parameters for the pulse function, such as initial, base or final current, and adjust them optimally to your work piece with the help of the rotary control.

When plasma cutting, manage the compressed air using the external pressure regulator and adjust the current to a maximum of 50 A. Do you want to weld outdoors, even in strong winds? Then the manual metal arc welding (MMA) method is what you're after. Achieve excellent welding results with a stable current strength when working with metals such as steel, iron, cast iron, nickel, or copper. For your safety, the multi process welder is protected against overheating. The inverter technology allows for a compact design, making it easy to transport the welding machine to the work site via the carry handle.
