Product Description
Powerful plasma cutter with pilot ignition and 100 A
The cutting current of the Stamos Germany S-PLASMA 100-IGBT plasma cutter can be adjusted between 30 and 100 A using a rotary dial, with all values clearly displayed on the LCD screen. These performance values are sufficient to cut workpieces up to 35 mm thick. The cutter can handle tool steels, stainless steel, other high-alloy steels, as well as aluminium, copper, and titanium. The torch is ignited via a pilot plasma arc, which can also cut grids and grates. To prevent oxidation or deformation of the workpiece after a cut, the air supply continues for 10 s afterwards. I was a little skeptical about the technical data of low energy consumption despite being 100 AH. I installed it on my CNC and it works very well, it worked for a few hours. The cutter is really massive, robust, we'll see later.
