It is NOT hygienic.
It is NOT hygienic, the spindle and the base that connects it to the seat are made of iron. The rest is correct, more or less. In general, not very good work.

Not 100% stainless steel and not very solid
Some parts are made of silver painted metal (under the seat) and not stainless steel. Additionally, this stool is not very sturdy in the high position. I'm not betting on its longevity.
