The TRON TX200 welding machine from Welbach offers a professional, powerful, and high-quality solution for a range of repair and maintenance jobs. Weld with precision using shielding gas in the MIG/MAG welding process and TIG Liftarc, or with electrodes in MMA mode up to 200 A with an 80% duty cycle. Do you want to cut metals? Then use the 50 A integrated plasma cutter. At the core lies state-of-the-art inverter technology, enabling rapid switching between plasma, MIG/MAG, TIG Liftarc, and MMA processes, reliably implementing all parameters.
The multi process welder harnesses digital technology for perfect results
Use the digital control panel to select the welding method and set the welding current. MIG/MAG welding makes use of welding wire conveniently stored on a spool integrated within the device. The weld seam is protected during gas welding, with inert gases used for MIG and active gases for MAG. The device ensures premium welding quality, efficiency, and speed when working on steel structures or smaller welding jobs. For TIG Liftarc welding, shielding gas is necessary. This is directed straight to the weld seam via the welding torch.
When plasma cutting, manage the compressed air using the external pressure regulator and adjust the current to a maximum of 50 A. Do you want to weld outdoors, even in strong winds? Then the manual metal arc welding (MMA) method is what you're after. Achieve excellent welding results with a stable current strength when working with metals such as steel, iron, cast iron, nickel, or copper. Optimum welding results are achieved with MMA thanks to the Hot Start and Arc-Force functions.

My first impressions are behind me. I'll start with the minuses - the mass cable - 1.3 m - in my case, due to its length, it will quickly need to be replaced. Although at this price of the device - I can afford it and I also realize that for some people this length is enough - I definitely need a longer cable. Now the Pros - Mig cable over 3 meters and a very good system of wire guide rollers - smoothly, without delays, without jamming, etc. Cutting metal - beautifully - goes like clockwork. MMA - standard - I don't expect any great effects here - weld quality - good - pleasant operation - switching functions work well - trouble-free ignition. Previously, I had a regular transformer welding machine for 15 years - so I can clearly feel the change. For me, 100% satisfaction - despite the need to replace the mass cable with a longer one.

Everything I needed in one very efficient device. The instructions contain too little information, the cables could be slightly longer. The roller system works very stably, guides the wire smoothly - 5/5 with this cable length. However, I think that if I replaced the cables with longer ones, the roller mechanism might have too low efficiency, but I have not checked this yet. Overall as an optimized set 5/5. With minor minuses - not affecting work. PS. the display is very bright, but I don't know how to turn on the live display during synergy. Satisfied with the purchase!
