The fruit press RCWP-14LM fromWiesenfield's catering equipment selection is ideal for extracting the juice from large quantities of fruit with minimal effort. The fruit press is manually operated and is perfect for apples, grapes, berries and other fruits. Thanks to its large capacity despite its smaller dimensions, the fruit press is suited for use in both the professional domain as well as for making juice and wine at home.
Traditional fruit pressing with a modern stainless steel design
Although traditionally made of wood and iron, this fruit press has a stainless steel fruit basket for reasons of durability and hygiene. But the apple press functions just as its forebears did 100 years ago: The spindle construction allows you to generate very high pressure with little effort to press the juice completely out of the fruit. The 14 L wine press enables you to extract the juice from a large amount of fruit in one step. The conical bottom has a spout which ensures that the extracted fruit juice can be bottled directly without loss.
Thanks to the stable feet—which have holes for screwing to a solid base for even more support—you can tighten the lever powerfully and efficiently to produce the maximum amount of juice. Since the stainless steel fruit press is operated manually, it is also ideal for outdoor use or wherever a power connection is difficult to reach or not available.

Perfect for pressing large quantities of grapes

I haven't tried squeezing apple slices, but with the help of that apple crusher, the juice came out commendably, i.e. about 50 liters from apples from two trees
Couldn't even squeeze sliced apples into juice. An incredibly bad purchase, returned it. Can work, for example, in pressing berries and grapes, but not the apple for which the rake was bought.

Arrived on time, the package also included a filter bag. Good capacity for my needs, the pressing is quite powerful. I can't express opinions on the duration since I've only used it once so far. The cage having oblong slots instead of round holes makes the material get stuck a bit if used without a bag.

Easy to assemble, easy to use, robust, easy to clean only issue is that filings from the thread could possibly contaminate the juice. Needed to screw onto a platform for stability.

Do I need to remove the seeds from the fruit before pressing it?
No, with this fruit press you can even process fruits with skin and small seeds; however, stone fruits such as peaches, cherries, nectarines, apricots, plums, mirabelles and similar fruits should be pitted beforehand.
