The 113 grooved and specially arranged rubber plucking fingers inside the drum ensure optimum results and are gentle on the skin of the animals.

In addition to the feathers, the rubber fingers of the defeathering foot also remove impurities from the poultry's skin. The plucked feathers are transported out of the device via the large ejection chute using a water hose, where they can be collected in a container.
