With its reliable and safe operation, high-quality results, and exceptional working comfort, the powerful polystyrene cutter shines in both commercial and industrial applications.
Quick and easy: The polystyrene cutter from the craft experts at MSW
The hot wire cutter melts the material at the cutting point for precise edges. Simply set the temperature in 16 stages up to 500 °C, After a quick warm-up, the polystyrene cutter glides through materials like expanded polystyrene (EPS), extruded polystyrene (XPS), polyethylene, polypropylene, and other thermoplastics, Warehouses can use thermal saws to cut or shape polystyrene sheets to ensure goods fit precisely and securely into boxes.
The ergonomic one-handed handle and 3 m long cable allow for flexible working. The polystyrene cutter is also compact, lightweight, and comes with a hanger for when both hands are needed elsewhere. The supplied blades are flexible and effortlessly replaceable. In addition to the polystyrene cutter, you also receive a comprehensive range of accessories: 2 straight blades (200 and 250 mm), a profile blade, a highlighter and a tape measure, a brush for cleaning and an Allen key for quick blade changes. All components are safely stored and transported in a sturdy case.

Very nice knife, heats up quickly and cuts well. I don't have a comparison because I haven't used other knives before, but I read opinions about various knives and I didn't notice any problems that were described in them.
